Hi, I’m Jordan. I’ve been working in the early years sector for 10 years, starting my journey when I was 15 years old by studying for my Level 1 Childcare qualification in school. Since then, I’ve completed my Level 2 qualification, my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare, and recently earned a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Early Years.
I’m truly passionate about the early years sector because I believe it plays such a critical role in giving children the best start in life. My favourite part of my role is getting creative with the children and watching their imaginations come to life. I love being able to motivate and inspire my team, while creating exciting, meaningful opportunities for the children in our care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my younger siblings and going on adventures.
